4. Our rental periods / rental conditions
Minimum contract period: is 2 months
Notice period: After the minimum rental period, 30 days at the end of a month
Deposit: None
Rent payment: The rental price will be debited to your account by Citylagerhaus via bank collection (direct debit).
Flexibility: Should your storage needs change during the contract period, you can move to a smaller or larger storage space at any time – subject to availability. Any rent already paid will be offset accordingly.
5. Insurance
Your stored items are not insured by us. Please talk to your insurance company about including them in your household contents insurance; as a rule, it is sufficient to notify your insurance company that your belongings are in the Citylagerhaus.
